Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Panxo platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Who May Use the Service
1.1 Eligibility
- Be at least 18 years old or age of majority
- Have legal capacity to enter binding contracts
- Not prohibited by applicable law
- Provide accurate registration information
1.2 Account Types
- Publisher Accounts: For website owners (subject to TOS + Publisher Agreement)
- Admin Accounts: Panxo team only
- End Users: Website visitors (subject to Privacy Policy)
2. Account Security
You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate information
- Maintaining secure password
- All activity under your account
- Notifying us of unauthorized access
3. Acceptable Use
✓ Permitted Uses
- Monetize legitimate AI traffic
- Access analytics and earnings data
- Integrate script on your properties
- Use API within rate limits
✗ Prohibited Uses
You may NOT:
- Fraudulent Activity: Generate fake traffic, use bots, click farms
- Malicious Activity: Distribute malware, hack, reverse engineer
- Prohibited Content: Illegal, adult, violent, or hate content
- Privacy Violations: Collect personal info without consent
- Spam: Send unsolicited communications
4. Intellectual Property
4.1 Panxo's IP
Panxo owns all rights to:
- Platform, software, and technology
- Trademarks, logos, and branding
- Algorithms and ML models
- Analytics and reporting tools
4.2 Patent Protection
Patent Pending Technology
Panxo's AI traffic detection and monetization technology is protected by:
US Provisional Patent Application No. 63/930,757
Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or reverse engineering of Panxo's patented technology is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
4.3 Your IP
You retain rights to your website content and data.
5. Payments and Fees
- Publishers: Earn based on RPM (see Publisher Agreement)
- No subscription fees for publishers
- Taxes: You are responsible for all applicable taxes
6. Service Availability
We do NOT guarantee:
- 100% uptime or error-free service
- Specific revenue amounts
- Compatibility with all browsers
- Uninterrupted operation
7. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS"
We disclaim all warranties, including MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, and NON-INFRINGEMENT.
8. Limitation of Liability
Liability Cap:
Our total liability shall NOT exceed the greater of:
- Amounts paid to you in the last 12 months, OR
- $100 USD
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Panxo from claims arising from:
- Your breach of these Terms
- Your violation of any law
- Your website content
- Third-party claims related to your use
10. Termination
10.1 By You
Close your account anytime via dashboard or email support@panxo.ai
10.2 By Us
We may terminate if:
- You breach these Terms
- Your content violates policies
- We detect fraud
- Required by law
11. Dispute Resolution

Jurisdiction
Courts of Singapore
Arbitration
SIAC rules apply
Class Action Waiver
Individual disputes only
12. Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure to perform due to natural disasters, war, pandemics, government actions, or internet outages beyond our control.
13. Modifications
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified 30 days in advance. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
