Panxo.AI provides infrastructure for detecting, formatting, and monetizing AI-driven web traffic. You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms of Service.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability, but we do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted or error-free. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services with or without notice.

5. Payment Terms

For publishers, Panxo.AI operates on a revenue-sharing model. Specific terms will be outlined in your service agreement. All payments are processed according to the schedule specified in your agreement.

6. Intellectual Property

The Panxo.AI platform, including all software, algorithms, and documentation, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of our services without explicit permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Panxo.AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of Panxo.AI is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your data and complying with applicable data protection regulations including GDPR and CCPA.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. Upon termination, you must cease using all Panxo.AI services and remove any integration code from your properties.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes via email or through our platform. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
